Julie Agbowu

Julie is an FMAAT qualified accountant, and throughout her career, she has established strong partnerships within the community, third sector, private sector, government, and international sectors. As a result, her business support and development expertise are multi-sector and have built a strategic partnership with employers. Julie is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise by offering finance and business advice to varied audiences. Her aim is to empower individuals on both a personal and professional level to gain a better understanding of finance and committed to offering professional business and financial advice and training to contribute to a more prosperous and all-inclusive economy. Artur Mager

Artur is a chartered accountant with over twenty years’ teaching experience in both further and higher education institutions. He trained with Orr Shotliff Chartered Accountants and worked in varied roles for a wide range of business organisations, such as charities, social enterprises, partnerships and private and public limited companies.

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a leading international accountancy body, and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the UK’s leading professional membership body for accounting staff. Artur is also an external quality assurance consultant and an exam marker for the AAT’s accounting qualification. He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.

Nathalie Njike

Nathalie brings a wealth of experience in leading local partnerships with voluntary groups, businesses, schools and individuals. She is a passionate and solution-focused professional, dedicated to fostering stronger communities.
In her role as the Community Engagement Manager (CEM), Nathalie serves as a valuable link between students, staff, and the local community. Leveraging a robust network of internal and external contacts, she provides expert guidance on community engagement initiatives and forges connections to enhance research, teaching, and the core mission of the organisation.

Anthony Nicholas

With a remarkable career spanning three decades, Tony is not only a seasoned professional accountant but also a dedicated teaching practitioner specialising in accounting and numeracy education. His unique blend of skills and personal qualities consistently translates into substantial improvements in the life prospects of his learners.

An economics graduate and a qualified Chartered Certified accountant, Tony’s extensive experience spans across financial services, audit and investigations, financial and management accounting, projects, gas, transportation, and the public sector.

Moreover, his role as a director on the Board of a local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) reflects his commitment to community service. Throughout his journey, Tony has contributed his expertise to a diverse range of businesses, enriching his depth of knowledge in accounting practices.

Phylisha Wisdom

In her role as the Marketing and Communication Officer, Phylisha stands as a cornerstone of our dynamic team. She brings to the table a passion for her work, a flair for creativity, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results. With a deep-rooted understanding of marketing strategies, communication techniques, and brand development, Phylisha plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our organisation’s public image.

Phylisha’s primary responsibility revolves around effectively conveying our message to the target audience, thus contributing to our business growth. She is skilled in developing and executing impactful communication strategies tailored to external customers and stakeholders. Her capabilities extend to crafting and optimising content for various platforms, including the website, digital newsletters, print publications, and social networking sites.

One of Phylisha’s key strengths lies in maintaining consistency across all communication channels, ensuring a unified voice, branding, messaging, and posting frequency in the digital realm. Her dedication and expertise ensure that our organisation’s message reaches its intended audience with precision and impact.

Tooba Khullat

Tooba, our proficient Office Manager, brings our team a unique blend of organisational prowess and tech-savvy expertise. With a masterful command of programming languages like Python, SQL, and R, coupled with proficiency in tools like PowerBI and Tableau, Tooba ensures our office functions at its technological best. Her knack for utilising the MS Office suite enhances efficiency across all fronts.

Beyond the realm of management, she extends her passion for knowledge by tutoring GCSE students, embodying a commitment to fostering success in others. Tooba’s dedication to excellence and empowering those around her makes her an indispensable asset to our organisation.

Loraine Browne

Loraine boasts an extensive background as a Career Coach and Learning and Development Manager, having worked with Training Organisations, Further Education Colleges, and Universities. Her expertise lies in equipping beneficiaries with the skills necessary to thrive in the fiercely competitive job market.

Loraine excels in developing and executing learning strategies, designing and delivering training programs, assessing development needs, and monitoring the efficacy of learning initiatives. She collaborates closely with employees and managers to bolster career development, all while expertly managing budgets and fostering vendor relationships.

With an impressive track record, Loraine has spearheaded the implementation of Work Programs in collaboration with DWP local Job Centre Plus. Her efforts encompass diverse courses aimed at guiding students from learning to gainful employment. She’s been instrumental in creating our online learning platform, delivering employability skills training, crafting career plans, and meticulously overseeing the operational aspects of Apprenticeship programs.

As a passionate team player, Loraine relishes the challenges and rewards associated with motivating, nurturing, and inspiring learners to unlock their full potential.

Marta Kruszewska

Marta is our examination department’s driving force, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With a passion for supporting learners in achieving their goals, Marta takes pride in helping students experience the joy of passing their exams.

Marta’s exceptional contributions extend to her role in overseeing the Student Buddy network, creating a supportive community for our students to excel. She also takes the lead in training our dedicated invigilators, making sure they are well-prepared for their important roles.

Her dedication extends to liaising with awarding body examination boards to guarantee a smooth process and uphold fairness in the examination system. Marta aims to ensure every student has an equal opportunity to succeed, fostering an environment where hard work and determination are rewarded. Her passion for education and her support for our learners make her an invaluable team member.
