What are the aims and objectives?
Assessment Outcomes –
3.2. Identify the aims and objectives for the activity.
A team player is someone who actively contributes to their group in order to complete tasks, meet business targets through aims and objectives, or manage projects.
Aims are statements of intent. They set out what you hope to achieve at the end of the project.
Objectives, on the other hand, should be specific statements that define measurable outcomes, e.g. what steps will be taken to achieve the desired outcome. An aim or objective is a statement of what a business is trying to achieve. For example, a business can set itself any of these targets:
Survival – Increased profit – Growth – Increasing market share

An example of a business aim we want to grow the business into Europe. An example of a business objective, we want to achieve sales of €10 million in European markets in 2022.
