Working as a Team – Credit value 1 – Start Here!

To Start:- You must download your Learner Assessment Workbook to be found under the ‘Materials Tab’. The workbook is an interactive PDF document.
Learners must complete the workbook and submit for assessment at the end of this unit for marking. Completion of this workbook will gain you 2 Credits.
Successful completion of all five Unit Workbooks will result in the achievement of the ‘OCNLR Level 1 Award in Employability’, a national qualification.

Instructions for your Team Activity!

For this unit, you are required to participate in an activity as a member of a small team. The tutor/assessor will observe this and then make a record of how well you contributed to the team.

In relation to the team activity you have been involved with:

• You must write down the key aims and objectives for that activity

• Identify some personal skills you were able to help the team with and briefly explain below how you used two of these

• Think back over the activity and the team’s performance. Identify at least two changes you might choose to make, to help the team work even more effectively if they undertook the activity again
