To Start:- You must download your Learner Assessment Workbook to be found under the ‘Materials Tab’. The workbook is an interactive PDF document.
Learners must complete the workbook and submit for assessment at the end of this unit for marking. Completion of this workbook will gain you 2 Credits.
Successful completion of all five Unit Workbooks will result in the achievement of the ‘OCNLR Level 1 Award in Employability’, a national qualification.
Instructions for your Customer Care Demonstration!
- For this unit, you will participate in an activity where you can demonstrate good customer care.
- This may be an assessor observed role-play or an observed work activity, for example serving customers in a canteen, or several brief activities based on different situations.
- The assessor should observe you with at least three different customers and then make a record of how well you provided customer care. Their record will be written in the observation sheet.
- The assessor should provide clear and specific examples of how you met these assessment criteria.
